This policy explains how HiveMorph uses cookies and similar technologies on
our website (hivemorph.com) and merchant dashboard (app.hivemorph.com).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use browser
local storage for similar purposes. This policy covers both.
2. Cookies we use
2.1 HiveMorph merchant dashboard (app.hivemorph.com)

These are required for the dashboard to function. They are not used for
advertising or cross-site tracking.

Note: If you have not yet added analytics to hivemorph.com, you can
remove the marketing website section or state: “We do not currently use
cookies on our marketing website beyond essential server session cookies.”
3. Third-party cookies
The HiveMorph dashboard does not set third-party advertising or tracking
cookies.
If we embed content from third parties (e.g., support chat widget), those
providers may set their own cookies. We will update this policy if that changes.
4. Shopify embedded context
When you use HiveMorph inside the Shopify Admin (embedded app), Shopify’s
own cookies and session mechanisms apply within the Shopify Admin frame.
Those are governed by Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
5. How to control cookies
Dashboard cookies
- Log out to clear authentication cookies and localStorage session data
- Clear browser data for app.hivemorph.com to remove all stored preferences
Marketing website cookies
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the dashboard from working.
6. Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We minimize
tracking by design — the dashboard uses only essential and functional storage.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when our cookie practices change. The “Last updated”
date at the top will reflect the latest version.
